Woodgrain Bluesrocknight 2025

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Groningen will host the sixth edition of the Woodgrain Bluesrocknight – an evening packed with pure blues rock, fiery guitars, and electrifying live shows. For the first time, the festival will take place at the iconic EM2 on the former Suikerunie grounds. Five top bands guarantee a non-stop, high-level musical program.

The 2025 edition presents five diverse acts, each putting their own stamp on contemporary blues rock. Ruben Hoeke Band delivers blazing guitar work with international class. The Damned and Dirty – recently crowned Best Blues Act of 2024 – serve up steaming delta grooves and authentic Chicago swing. Blues Avenue Revisited brings raw, modern blues rock with character. The 4Horsemen deliver an energetic mix of soul, blues, and rock, complete with horn section and keys. And of course, Woodgrain will close the night – staying true to their roots and as energetic as ever.
