Poets' Café De Graanrepubliek is the premier poetry stage in Groningen. Where better to experience it than at Literary Café De Graanrepubliek, cozy among the books?

For all kinds of poets

The stage is open to all poets: young and old, experienced and less experienced. From light verse and sonnets to spoken word, lyrics set to music, and everything in between. Inclusive and varied.

Each session features a line-up of five to six poets, followed by plenty of time on stage during the open mic for anyone who wants to perform.
