With deep lyrics and musical influences from pop, hip-hop, and house, Isabèl Usher brings a new sound to the Dutch music industry.

Born in Northeast England and raised in the North of the Netherlands, Usher began writing songs at the age of sixteen. A few years later, Isabèl also started working as a songwriter for artists in the Dutch industry. After posting short videos of her own songs, the Netherlands gradually got to know the songwriter who no longer stayed behind the scenes, but also stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist.

In 2023, this resulted in her successful track ‘Ik Kom Weer Thuis’. In 2024, she debuted with her first album Astronaut. On this album, Isabèl shows that she is capable of touching people deeply with fragile honesty, but also that she possesses a razor-sharp pen and rhythmic sense that even hip-hop legends find intriguing. Time to go on tour with her very first tour called ‘Meisje van het Noorden’, and she’s definitely not skipping Simplon!
