The album marks a significant moment in the band’s history, born after a period of setbacks and renewal. Frontman Jacob de Greeuw calls Pergola a personal document, full of melancholy, hope, and love. The album marked JOHAN’s breakthrough, featuring songs like “Tumble and Fall” and “Here.” A quarter of a century later, the band is bringing the album back to life in its entirety.
