Offbeat psychedelic krautpop
Kairos Creature Club is the joint project of Lena Simon (La Luz) and Glenn Michael Van Dyke (BOYTOY). After years of playing in genre-bound bands, they decided to throw all boundaries overboard for this project. The result is a raw, honest debut album about conflict, catharsis, and growth, with a sound that floats somewhere between experimental krautrock, psych, punk, and pop. Beyond the band, Simon and Van Dyke also organize the Winterland festival in Jacksonville, where their boundless approach comes to life beyond the studio.
