The Life of Chuck is based on a story by Stephen King and tells in three chapters the life of Charles 'Chuck' Krantz (Tom Hiddleston), a seemingly ordinary man.

As the end of the world approaches, mysterious advertisements begin to appear everywhere, thanking Chuck for 39 incredible years of service. Marty Anderson (Chiwetel Ejiofor), a man who imagined the end of times very differently, becomes fascinated by the question: Who is this Chuck, and why does it seem like the fate of the world is tied to him?

Slowly but surely, memories, personal tragedies, and cosmic mysteries intertwine to create an emotional story about life, loss, and the impact one person can have—even when no one knows exactly why.
