With his accessible yet flamboyant style, he has introduced many a person to classical music and great composers such as Rachmaninov, Liszt and Chopin for the first time. Both connoisseurs and less experienced listeners enjoy his virtuosic interpretations.
The first part of this concert will be a journey through the musical highlights of his career, revealing his impressive mastery of the classical repertoire. In the second part, Wibi pays tribute to film music, playing his much admired, own arrangements of music from world-famous films.
