About this session

Many international professionals are capable, experienced, and motivated. But when it comes to finding work in the Netherlands, something often doesn’t translate.

Applications don’t lead to interviews. Conversations don’t move forward. Feedback stays vague or doesn’t come at all.

This is what we call the visibility gap.

It’s not about having more skills. It’s about how your experience is understood in a different context.

In this 90-minute workshop, we work on making your value clearer and easier to recognize.

This is not a lecture. It is not a general CV training. It is a practical session where you look at your own profile and start making it clearer, step by step.
