In this interview series, host Jelte Posthumus (historian, podcast maker, and teacher) talks with six guests about art & culture, migration & diversity, and a livable earth.

Josse de Voogd & Mira Feticu | Will we still have migration and diversity in the future?

The borders must be closed, according to the right-wing wind blowing through Europe. What's the actual situation with migration in the Netherlands? And how do we view this from the perspective of the arts? We'll discuss this with Josse de Voogd and Mira Feticu. Josse de Voogd is a researcher and publicist at the intersection of space, politics, and society. He publishes on topics including the geography of voting behavior and increasing differences in society. 'Inequality' and 'diversity' are current topics Josse feels involved with. Mira Feticu is a writer of novels and non-fiction. As a journalist, she publishes in Trouw, De Groene Amsterdammer, and various Romanian media. Together with actor Hans Dagelet, she adapted her latest novel, All My Fathers, and performs it herself on stage. Mira also conducts research for journalistic organizations on migrants from Eastern Europe.
