Start your Sunday morning with movement and mindfulness: a 5K social run (pace: 6:00–6:15 min/km) hosted by @debrunchclubgroningen, followed by a relaxing vinyasa flow yoga session.
We’ll finish the morning with a fresh juice and a healthy snack – the perfect reward after moving your body and calming your mind.
