Nature Restoration in Sellingen

In the heathland area along the Denneweg in Sellingen, we’ll be working together to restore nature. We’ll pull out small pine trees to keep the heathland open. This landscape is an important habitat for rare reptiles, birds, and insects. By removing the young trees, we help these species thrive again.

Together with the forest ranger, you’ll be working on the heath and contributing to its development. It will be a fun and active morning outdoors. Staatsbosbeheer will provide coffee, tea, and juice with some treats.

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy shoes. If you have work gloves, bring them along; if not, we can provide some. All necessary tools will be available.

Children are very welcome to join, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
